The first floor, reached by a staircase is composed of a second bedroom with a double bed and balcony, a third bedroom with two single beds and balcony, a bathroom with a bath-tub and a fourth bedroom with a separate bathroom. Framed by wooden walls, the outdoor space of the villa is perfect to spread out, relax and gaze at the endless blue of the sea and sky. A 40m2 swimming-pool with paddling-pool, a sun terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a garden and a BBQ can be used as an outdoor living and dining area for grill meals. With its own plot and amazing panoramic views, the villa’s geographical position, even though quiet, and secluded, allows you to easily travel to the beautiful little settlement of Gerani, and the long sandy beaches of Petres, Kavros or Giorgioupolis.
