This desirable three bedroom villa has plenty of space for all the family and has fast WiFi, making it ideal for remote workers and longer stays.
Moraira town with its wide range of bars, restaurants, shops and beach is just an 8 minute drive away (3.9km). There are a range of watersports available including boat hire, kayaking, diving, and snorkeling. it makes an excellent choice for digital nomads.
There is extra large double with an en suite toilet and two twin rooms sharing a bathroom. Downstairs you will find a large lounge/diner which opens out onto a beautiful covered terrace with incredible sea views! On this level there is another full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has WiFi, smart TV, and a washing machine for guests’ use. This property benefits from hot and cold Air Conditioning, making it perfect for summer rentals and winter lets too!
