For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights.. 1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation.
