Encounters on the property with white tailed deer are common, plus moose, elk, and black bear sightings from time to time. <b>WHAT’S NEARBY</b> At the end of the road few miles to the south, lies Idaho Fish and Game's Round Lake Sportsman Access. A few miles to the north on a scenic lakeside drive is Harrison, with a marina, general store, dining, antiques, a premier ice cream parlor, plus comprehensive aquatic and cycle rentals, all on the portal to the incredible Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes. Everything in the home is up to code, but there are porch and deck areas with no railings. Wood fires are not allowed inside or out to protect our family forest and respect our wildlife.
