The first-floor, sea-view apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people and enjoys a pretty, covered terrace with views of the sea. Complete with a small dining table and chairs, this is the ideal place to watch the sunset with an aperitif at the end of the day. Inside the airy, open-plan living space is furnished with two single sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage and a small dining table for four. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, oven and fridge freezer. Sleeping Bedroom: The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and benefits from a large window that overlooks the surrounding rooftops. The surrounding sea is famous for its beautiful turquoise colour and the island of Tavolara, which dominates the coastal landscape. Porto San Paolo centers around a small marina where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. Visitors can also enjoy the many boutiques, restaurants and bars here. There are a number of beaches nearby that are accessible by foot and great places for snorkelling. Two of northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are also within easy reach, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive). There are also many sporting activities nearby including surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf. Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive away.
