In a peaceful part of the charming town of Stresa, this airy apartment is less than a 15-minute walk from the shores of Lake Maggiore. On the second floor (with lift) of an attractive modern residence, the apartment sleeps 5 people in comfort. It makes an ideal base from which to explore the lake and the surrounding country. The décor throughout the property is modern and tasteful. The contemporary living area has two sofas, a flat-screen Smart Digital TV and a dining area. Double glass doors lead out to a private terrace with a table and chairs for an aperitivo. The separate kitchen is brand new and well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. There is also a convenient breakfast bar.
