Mgarr ix-Xini Bay, popular for swimming, snorkelling and diving, is around an 8-minute drive, and Gozo's capital, Victoria, is about 7 minutes away, with the villages of Munxar and Xewkija both a 5 to 6-minute drive. A restaurant is a 10-minute walk and a supermarket an 8-minute walk from the apartment. As Gozo is a separate island, reaching Malta International Airport involves the drive to the Mġarr ferry terminal, the crossing to Malta, and the onward drive, a journey of around 1 hour 20 minutes in total, rather than a single direct drive.
