Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom residence is a short shuttle ride to the ski resort in winter and has easy connections to a network of biking and walking trails in summer. The main living area is on the second level of the home where cathedral ceilings and tall windows let the light flood in. Relax in front of the fireplace or step out to the deck for a soak in the private hot tub. Chefs will enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen, which boasts high-end appliances, a generous island, a wine refrigerator, and beautiful wood cabinetry. Serve up and gather around the dining table that seats eight. In summer, carry those dishes outdoors for al fresco meals on the deck, with a table for eight, and a gas grill. The primary king bedroom completes this main level and opens out to its own private deck surrounded by aspen trees. This cozy retreat has an ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and double vanity. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower located off the living area. On the lower level, there are three comfortable and beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with queen beds. Two share a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo and double vanity. The third bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk shower. The garage entrance is on the lower level.
