The space
Downstairs there is a large beautifully decorated sitting room , a dining room, a large family room and 2 laundry rooms equipped with a washing machine and dryer and an american fridge with an ice maker. The fully equipped kitchen leads onto a large roofed patio (providing shade from the provencal sunshine) where there is a large Weber barbecue and a large table seating 14 . On the first floor the parental suite has beautiful views overlooking the Ste Victoire . It's ensuite bathroom is accessed via a dressing room. There are 5 further bedrooms (3 double, 1 king, 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms (1 italian shower room, 1 bathroom).
The corridor leads into an independent appartment with 2 further bedrooms (1 king, 1 single) and a shower room. A staircase leads down to a separate fully equipped kitchen with independent access.
