Little placards that have little messages make it more homey, as if to remind you about certain things like "Family makes a house home." There is an L-shaped sofa with a wooden coffee table in the center resting on the soft grey mat, which is only a few shades darker of that of the sofa. The TV sits on a wooden rack flank with plants on both sides. The dining table sits eight on the right with two hanging big bulbs for enough illumination as you, your friends, or family eat together a meal. A cool abstract painting of some sort hangs on the wall to add a pop of color. The open-plan kitchen is at the very back with its own saying on a small board that says "Life's little moments make the best memories." Appliances and other necessities are all in this kitchen lest you are a cook yourself or simply a person who enjoys coffee, tea, or hot chocolate with a toasted bread. Right in the middle of it all is the entrance to the balcony where you can witness the beauty of the Burj Khalifa day and night. The first bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. The windows give you a good view of the pool downstairs. There is also a single chair where you can sit and read or simply relax if you do not fancy being on your bed just yet. The second bedroom has a double bed as well with fresh linens. It has a fancy-looking lamp with twisted base and body like its small replica on the bedside table. It has an entrance to a balcony with an attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom has two single beds with a view of the pool as well. A single chair is placed at the corner for if you want to read with the sunlight through the windows. It's attached bathroom has a shower room complete with toiletries and towels for your use. The fourth bedroom or the maid's room has a wooden bunk bed. A soft big seat is placed before the bunk bed. Its ensuite has a shower room with towels and toiletries for your convenience. This is the place for you indeed if you fancy staying in luxury while being in the middle of the famous City Walk which is known to be where you can "live, work, and play."

Head downstairs and you are in the middle of luxury shopping street which resembles Rodeo Drive, jump into a car and you are 5 minutes from La Mer beach which has some of the trendiest restaurants and bars in Dubai, not to mention the water sports. And last but not least you are only a few minutes away from the Famous Burj Khalifa and Downtown.

As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest to be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. As per security regulations, only the number of people the apartment is bookable for will be allowed after receiving all their ID's. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their ID's and is subject to security clearance. There is a Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20/night for the property as per DTCM, which will be collected upon arrival, if not paid in advance. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Also, smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and comes with a fine of $500 in case of any violation. We like to personalize your stay and offer a range of additional services as required. Kindly let us know in advance if you would like any additional services and our team of professional hoteliers would be more than happy to arrange them for you. 1) Baby crib and high chair can be arranged with advance notice and subject to availability 2) Our standard check in time is 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival.
