The kitchen is separate but open plan to the dining room and soft seating area. On this level there is a shower room with wc. The ground floor has 2 ensuite rooms which can be made up as doubles or twins. One of these rooms has 2 additional beds on a raised platform suitable for small children. The upper floor has limited headroom (1.8m) This floor has 3 bedrooms, a double with sink, a twin which can be made as a double and a small bunk room suitable for children or as a nice single room for an adult. Additionally, there is a family bathroom and a separate toilet.
