The space
Spread across three levels and a separate guest house, the property offers a thoughtfully designed layout. On the ground floor of the main house, guests will find a patio, entrance hall, guest toilet, wardrobe, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, dining room, a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast terrace, a sofa lounge, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities. The first floor houses the primary bedroom and bathroom with access to two large, partly covered terraces.
The pool level features a heated 14-meter pool (heated to 28°C from April to October), Jacuzzi (38°C), sun terrace with ten loungers, garden and lawn with a daybed, an outdoor shower, and a complete spa and fitness area. The spa includes a sea view sauna, high-quality gym equipment, steam fireplace, yoga mats, pantry kitchen, shower, bathroom, and a laundry room. The guest house offers two additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and one with a private kitchen.
The villa includes Sonos sound systems throughout, high-speed internet, OLED TVs, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a table tennis setup, luxurious care products, and an electric vehicle charging station. Artistic elements sourced from around the world add a unique and inviting character to the space.

Things to note
Several upgrades have been introduced to enhance comfort and luxury. In 2024, all windows were replaced and one bedroom and bathroom were renovated. In 2025, a new 14-meter pool and pool terrace, a new indoor kitchen, BBQ kitchen, and new entrance doors will be introduced. For 2026, a seventh bedroom and bathroom will be added.
