The space
The villa spans five levels and is tastefully decorated with high-quality finishes. On the basement level, guests will find a gym and Jacuzzi. The middle floor features a bedroom with a bunk bed and a shower room. The ground floor hosts an open-plan kitchen, dining area, living room, pool patio, and garden. The upper mid-floor has a TV room and a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The first floor includes four en-suite bedrooms—three with king-size beds and one with two large single beds. The two master bedrooms offer beautiful sea views. Outdoors, there is a lawn-covered garden of approximately 1,000 m², a large 6x12m private pool with hydrojets, a barbecue, and covered parking for two cars.
