A refundable deposit of €2,000 is required. Residence tax is not included in the price and is charged at €1.60 per adult per day. Children aged 12 to 18 years are charged €0.80 per day, while children under 12 are exempt. The rental includes Mastro Raphael bed linen and two towels per person per week, use of energy, water, gas, air conditioning, parking, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Pool towels are provided per person on arrival. Guests will also receive L'Occitane bathroom cosmetics, a bowl of seasonal fruit on arrival, weekly pool cleaning by a professional company, and weekly garden maintenance.
