The villa offers a bright and welcoming living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. The master bedroom includes a double bed and an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and is served by a separate bathroom.
The living room opens onto two covered verandas. One is furnished as a comfortable lounge area for relaxation, while the other features a dining table for outdoor meals. Outside, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, a beautifully maintained private garden, and an outdoor shower, creating the perfect setting to unwind after a day at the beach. A reserved parking space is also available.

Olbia Airport and the port are approximately 25 kilometers away, and Puntaldia Golf Club can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
