The space
Exterior: Multilevel outdoor lounging and dining area protected by pergolas and many intimate corners all around the house. Sea water spectacular swimming pool hanging over the Aegean. Private beach featuring private deck for small boats. Breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and numerous islands. Electric gate at the entrance and roomy parking place for 4 cars.
Interior: The lower level contains 3 bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms, suitable for 8 persons in total with a kitchenette. All three have access to the outdoor amenities and to the views. The upper level contains a large sitting room, a fully equipped open-style kitchen and a dining area for a total of 10 seats. This floor has one more bedroom with en suite bathroom. It exits to its own spacious veranda with a pergola looking over the sea.
