The space
With 140 sqm of living space set on a 1200 sqm plot, this villa is designed for comfort and style. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area for six, and a cozy lounge with a 60” Smart Satellite TV and an energy fireplace. Large windows fill the space with natural light and provide direct access to the outdoor pool area. Also on this level is a king-size bedroom with sea views and pool access, along with a communal bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor houses two additional bedrooms. One features twin beds that can be arranged as a double, while the other has a double bed. Both rooms include ensuite bathrooms, private balconies, and panoramic sea views. All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality Coco-Mat bedding for maximum comfort.
