The Villa is spread over three floors and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, indoor pool, sauna with shower, access to the private beach and it can accommodate 6 guests. The ground floor of the villa features a well equipped modern kitchen, an open plan dinning and living area with flat screen TV. Villa’s interior is designed in contemporary style with lots of details and it’s full of light. On the lower floor there is an indoor pool (16 square meters), sauna with shower and direct access to the sunny terrace and the nature around. The first floor features 3 en suite bedrooms. Each room is equipped with LCD TV and has floor – to – ceiling windows that let in abundance of natural light and emphasize the wonderful view. The Villa has Wi-Fi Internet access, video intercom and it is fully air conditioned. There is also a private parking for two cars at the guest’s disposal.
