The villa is designed with comfort, elegance, and accessibility in mind. The ground floor features a welcoming hall, a spacious living room, a dining area, and a professionally equipped kitchen that opens to an expansive BBQ area. One bedroom with a separate changing room and en-suite bath is also on this level. On the first floor, guests will find a master bedroom complete with a home cinema system and en-suite bath, as well as a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The lower ground floor offers two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with direct access to the pool area. The villa is completely wheelchair friendly and includes a lift to all levels.

Situated in Golf Flamingo, one of the most desirable locations on the Costa del Sol, the villa is conveniently positioned between Marbella and Estepona. The area is known for its beautiful coastal views, luxury residences, and access to world-class golf courses.

Included in the rental is housekeeping for two hours a day, three to four days a week, as well as one linen/towel change and bedroom tidy per seven-night stay. Additional housekeeping services are available and highly recommended depending on the group size. These are charged at €15 per hour on weekdays and €20 per hour on weekends, bank holidays, and after 5 PM. Additional linen/towel changes are €15 per bedroom. A capped electricity contribution of €500 per week is included. Meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure, and any usage exceeding the capped amount will be charged at €0.2222 per kW. Wedding and celebration rates are available upon request, and guests must provide the number of attendees when inquiring. A 40% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due four weeks before arrival.
