The first floor, accessed independently via an exterior staircase, features a newly renovated living space with a kitchenette and access to a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the pool, coastline, and Cefalù. This level includes three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of these rooms feature mezzanines with two single beds, ideal for teenagers. All double beds on this floor can be converted into twins upon request.

The price includes gas for kitchen use, water, electricity up to 42 kWh/day, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, and Wi-Fi.
