The villa spans three floors connected by internal and external staircases. The upper floor serves as the main entrance and opens into an open-plan living area with large windows, parquet floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with a tub and a dining space for eight guests leads out to a shaded terrace with an outdoor dining table, a fixed gas barbecue, and a stone sink, all with panoramic sea views. The intermediate floor features the sleeping area: a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a private terrace with two sunbeds, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom (with a queen-size bed). These two rooms share a spacious bathroom with a separate tub and shower. On the lower floor, a second open-plan area includes a living room with a TV, dining space, a study corner, and a kitchenette. This floor also includes a double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a private bathroom with a shower. The laundry room is located on this level. From this floor, guests can access the lawn, which leads to a series of steps descending to the infinity pool. Below the pool is a small gym (without air conditioning) with a bathroom with a shower. The interiors are a blend of comfort and modern design, with ample windows and bright finishes that make the spaces airy and luminous.

The entrance to the historic Corso Umberto (Porta Messina) is only a few minutes' walk away. Taormina is known as the Ionian Pearl, with its rich historical layers, vibrant cultural life, and stunning natural surroundings. Nearby attractions include the ancient Greek-Roman Theatre, the Duomo, and the charming seaside areas of Isola Bella and Mazzarò. Guests can also explore picturesque mountain villages like Castelmola, Forza d’Agrò, and Savoca, or take a day trip to Mount Etna and its renowned wine cellars.
