The space
The villa spans three levels and features original architectural elements alongside modern amenities. On the main floor, guests will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and a formal dining room that opens onto a veranda for al fresco meals. There is also one double bedroom with an ensuite shower, an additional service bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The upper floor houses four bedrooms: one twin with an ensuite bathtub, one double with an ensuite bathtub and a single bed available on request, another double with an ensuite bathtub and two extra single beds available on request, and one double bedroom with an ensuite shower. On the lower ground floor, there is a study opening to the veranda with pool views and an additional bathroom convenient for use during outdoor activities.

The private swimming pool measures 5x10 meters with a fixed depth of 1.5 meters, accessed by four large steps. It is open from May 1 to October 1 and surrounded by sun loungers and a well-tended garden. A wood-fired oven is available only when used with a professional chef. Electricity for air conditioning is charged separately at €0.70/kWh. Heating is available on request at €35 per day. Final cleaning is mandatory and charged at €300. Linen and towels are €20 per person per week. A €1,500 security deposit is required and refundable after inspection. Waste disposal must be handled according to local regulations; failure to comply may result in a fine. Tourist tax is not included. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.
