The space
The villa spans two levels, with interiors recently renovated to a high standard using quality materials and finishes. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with seating for 12 and large glass doors that open directly to the garden and pool. A modern, fully equipped kitchen leads to a covered outdoor dining gazebo. Also on this floor are a guest bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and shower. Two bedrooms also include sofa beds. The entire home is cooled and heated via an underfloor system and offers Wi-Fi throughout, smart TVs, and mosquito nets.
