The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with seating for 12 and large glass doors that open directly to the garden and pool. A modern, fully equipped kitchen leads to a covered outdoor dining gazebo. Also on this floor are a guest bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and shower. Two bedrooms also include sofa beds. The entire home is cooled and heated via an underfloor system and offers Wi-Fi throughout, smart TVs, and mosquito nets.

Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, the home is surrounded by open countryside, woodlands, and scenic views. Though peaceful and private, the location is ideal for visiting nearby Lucca (6 km), as well as Pisa, Florence, and the coast. The surrounding area offers a blend of culture, cuisine, and natural beauty.

The 3,000 sqm garden is entirely fenced, flat, and ideal for children to play safely. The rectangular infinity-edge pool measures 11 x 7.5 meters with a depth from 0.80 to 1.50 meters and includes Roman steps and a chlorine purification system. The surrounding solarium is equipped with loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas. An outdoor gazebo with a dining table for 12 is accessible from the kitchen, and a charcoal barbecue is provided.
