A round staircase leads to the first floor, which hosts four additional double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large corner jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and balcony access with views of the garden and pool. Another bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The remaining two bedrooms share a family bathroom. A washing machine is conveniently located in the hall. Outside, large sliding doors from the living area open to a well-maintained garden with a 5x10m private swimming pool, a 100 m² terrace, barbecue area, and outdoor furniture.
