The space
The villa is a two-story luxury villa that extends on 200 square meters. The villa abounds with 4 modern bedrooms, 4 luxury bathrooms, outdoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped modern kitchen, and lovely dining area. It can accommodate up to 8+3 guests.
The ground floor offers you a bright and spacious living room that is both comfortable and practical at the same time, with large TV so you can relax completely and enjoy your favorite series or the lovely pool view. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area is perfectly blended with the rest of the space and designed ideally for enjoying your delicious meals. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
The ground floor is an open concept design, so it directly takes you to the refreshing pool. Except for the heated pool, there is also an outdoor shower with luxurious sunbeds that allow you to enjoy the hot Dalmatian sun.
The swimming pool is 70 square meters big, and the swimming part is 9 meters deep. There is also a children’s part of the pool.
Internal and external stairs lead to the first floor. This floor consists of 4 modern bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds with en suite bathrooms with showers, wardrobe, and TV. The fourth room has a queen-size bed with an en suite bathroom, dressing room, and TV. All rooms are very bright and practical. On guests’ request, by adding 3 extra beds, this luxurious villa can accommodate 3 children extra.
A lovely feature of the villa is the large terrace with mesmerizing view of the city of Trogir on the top of the villa. This lovely terrace has a comfy seating area, ideal for enjoying the mesmerizing view of the wonderful town of Trogir.
