Private home in Cannes Area, France. Sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Key features: Beachfront, Waterfront, Beach access.
The 124’8 / 38m Custom motor yacht was built in 1995 by Siar & Moschini and last refitted in 2018.
This luxury vessel’s sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Andrea Bacigalupo and her luxurious interior is designed by Giorgio Vafiadis.
This tri-deck motor yacht boasts a stylish and carefully considered interior design, which optimises the use of space to provide multiple seating and lounge areas. In the main saloon there are two deep-cushioned L-shaped sofas, a coffee table with armchairs to the port side and a glass-topped dining table. A second, less formal, lounge on her bridge deck has direct access to an aft dining area via full height glass doors.
The vessel is an extremely capable and seaworthy vessel, with a top speed of 17.5 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. Stabilisers ensure maximum comfort when underway and at anchor, and she is ideal for family use.
**There is a minimum of 7 nights sailing; although less than 7 nights sailing will be considered, prices might vary upon request.

Things to note
CHARTER RATES
On signature of a contract, a deposit of 50% is usually requested. The remainder, plus an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), is expected before embarkation. Base charter rates can fluctuate between destinations and high/low seasons, with rates typically higher at peak times and lower during the offseason. Fees are subject to rise during one-off events, such as the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix. Planning your voyage ahead with a broker is key to securing your desired yacht at the best price.
PRICE INCLUDES:
· These are Base charter daily rates that include the yacht and professional crew and chef.
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
30% APA (“Advanced Provisioning Allowance”): Typically, 30% of the total charter rate is collected to cover estimated costs in food, beverage, fuel, dockage, transfers, incidentals, etc. All expenses are paid out of the charterer’s APA. Anything not used in the APA account is returned to the charterer.
Fuel: Every chartered yacht is fully fueled and provisioned before a guest steps on board. The total fuel cost will depend on cruising speed and distance travelled, plus any fuel used by toys and tenders. The use of generators to produce electricity while in port or at anchor will also consume fuel.
Value Added Tax (VAT) or local taxes may be applied to the charter fee in some European and Caribbean destinations, depending on the port of embarkation and itinerary. Applicable Tax/VAT is paid at the time of the final installment. The VAT rate varies from country to country, while specific itineraries allow for greater reductions. Our brokers are familiar with every VAT nuance and can give clear figures of prevailing rates in each destination.
Delivery/Re-Delivery Fee: There may be a position or repositioning charge if the charter involves meeting or leaving the yacht away from its home port.
Though this is part of an overall negotiation so this sometimes can be reduced or removed.
Insurance: We recommend charterers to take out cancellation and curtailment insurance. This will protect their booking should unforeseen circumstances prevent or postpone their voyage. All guests should be covered by a travel policy that includes personal accident and medical insurance, and personal items should be insured against loss, theft or damage. Our brokers can advise you further.
Crew Gratuity: In addition to the above, if one enjoys the service provided by the crew one may wish to offer them a gratuity. While the level is completely at the Charterer’s discretion, we normally recommend that a gratuity of 10% to 15% of the charter fee as satisfactory. One may wish to leave more than 15%. The Captain will disburse the gratuity amongst the crew, unless you would like to personally reward an individual that has been particularly outstanding. There are times when the positive balance in the APA can be used towards the gratuity. If needed, additional funds can always be wired to Moravia Yachting for onward transfer to the captain and crew.
