The ground floor features a bright living room that opens onto the main terrace with sea views. Adjacent to the living area is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with handmade furnishings, along with a guest toilet. A Brač stone staircase leads to the first floor, where two king-size bedrooms are located. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with sea views. The second floor houses two additional king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The interior design blends rustic and boho-chic elements, with handcrafted wooden furniture, white accents, and selected artworks throughout. Outdoor areas include three stone terraces surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, offering privacy and direct access to the sea. A private heated pool of 42 m² is available for guest use.

The villa is located in Ruzmarin Bay, a quiet and natural setting on Brač Island, surrounded by pine trees and peaceful bays. The nearest village, Sumartin, is approximately three kilometers away and offers local amenities. The area is characterized by tranquility, natural surroundings, and a relaxed island atmosphere.

The villa includes a professional villa manager and daily services such as breakfast, basic housekeeping, and pool maintenance. Bedlinen and towels are changed twice a week. A baby cot and highchair are available. Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and a pre-stocking service are included. Additional amenities available to guests include two bicycles, a kayak, two stand-up paddleboards, yoga mats, and diving equipment. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required.
