The villa consists of a main house and guest annex which are connected through porches and terraces. In the main house are 4 modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and an extra toilet with a laundry room. The guest annex has 1 more bedroom, 2 bathrooms, smaller kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. The master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the biggest bedroom in the villa with space for relaxing with the utmost privacy. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. The master bedroom has direct exit to a huge roof terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 210 cm), and an additional bed (130 x 190 cm). Next to it is a big bathroom with a shower and a hydro massage bathtub for two. All six bedrooms feature double beds. Four beds are 180 x 210 cm big, one is 180 x 200 cm big, and the last one is 160 x 200 cm big. The sea side outdoor area features a large veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade over a large dining table for 12. The pool area has ample sun bathing space, with deck chairs surrounding the pool and overlooking the picturesque Croatian views. The villa is surrounded by gardens and has direct access to the beach. The path leading to the beach passes a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs and spices where guests can help themselves. The nearest restaurant is only 200 meters far from the villa and the nearby town of Supetar with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is within 10 minutes’ drive. In Supetar you will also be able to catch the ferry to Brac Island and Splitwhere you can enjoy the authentic Croatian sites.
