The villa is arranged over three levels consisting of a ground floor, a first floor with a mezzanine, and a second floor. It includes five modern double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The main living areas feature a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living space furnished with satellite TV and DVD. Large glass sliding doors connect the interior to the outdoor area and the heated swimming pool, which is furnished with deck chairs. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor offers two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers and sea views, as well as a cinema room. The mezzanine level includes one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. A storage room and laundry facilities are also located on this level. The outdoor plateau includes table tennis and darts, along with an elegant outdoor seating area furnished for relaxation and dining.

The villa is situated in Bobovišća on the island of Brač, a small coastal town near the sea. The location is 800 meters from the town center and 4 kilometers from Milna, offering a peaceful seaside setting with nearby access to local amenities.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. A security deposit of EUR 1,000 is required. The stay includes tourist tax, villa manager service, pool maintenance, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, baby cot and highchair, table tennis, two yoga mats, three bicycles, two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, and parking. Bed linen is changed every three days, towels are changed daily, and basic housekeeping is provided twice a week. Pre-stocking and daily stocking services are available, with groceries charged separately. Sea mooring is included for a boat up to 10 meters. Snorkeling equipment for adults and children is provided.
