This level provides a comfortable space for enjoyment throughout the year. On the ground floor, a spacious terrace with an outdoor pool of 35 m², sun loungers, and an outdoor shower creates an inviting area for relaxation while enjoying views of the sea and the skyline of Trogir. The terrace connects directly to the interior living area, which includes a stylish living room with large glass walls, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a guest toilet. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also located on this level, one of which has direct access to the terrace. The first floor features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third is a single bedroom. One south-facing bedroom includes a private terrace with sea views. The second floor hosts the sixth bedroom, which includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and additional privacy. The outdoor area is landscaped with greenery and palm trees and includes garden furniture and a fireplace, creating a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere.

The property is located in Okrug Gornji on the peninsula of Čiovo, close to the sea and a pebble beach. The center of Okrug Gornji is approximately 1 km away, while the UNESCO-protected town of Trogir is located 2.5 km from the villa.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. A security deposit of €1,000 is required. The stay includes tourist tax, villa manager services, pool maintenance every seven days, baby cot and highchair, bed linen and towel change once a week or upon request, indoor pool heating, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and parking.
