Outdoor areas include a stone terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered 32 m² kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, barbecue, and dining furniture, all overlooking the sea. The ground floor consists of an air-conditioned living room with a sofa and Smart LED TV, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining area. One bedroom with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace is also located on this level. The first floor features two additional air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and Smart TV. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers beautiful sea views, while the other includes two single beds. The interior is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort while preserving the charm of a traditional stone house.

The villa is located in Murvica, a serene village on the southern slopes of Vidova Gora, known for its vineyards, pebble beaches, and sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Hvar. The village center, beach, and sea are all within 150 meters. Restaurants and cafés are nearby, while the lively town of Bol and the famous Zlatni Rat beach are approximately 5 km away.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not allowed. A security deposit of €300 is required. The stay includes tourist tax, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, weekly pool maintenance, and a change of bed linen and towels once a week or upon request. A baby cot and high chair are available. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, Smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, a washing machine, iron, pool towels, and beach towels.
