On a plot of 2500 square meters, the 390 square meter villa offers space for up to 10 people in 5 double bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The master suite has a library and a sauna integrated in the large bathroom. The house is modern and tastefully furnished, warm materials and colors create a special feel-good atmosphere. On the entrance level there is an open, fully equipped designer kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and dining area, as well as the master suite and another double bedroom with bathroom en-suite. On the lower level there are 3 further double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en-suite.
