The house is entered via electric gates and has around 350 m2 of living space with a capacity for up to 8 people. The main house has two large double bedrooms and a large twin bedroom. All bedrooms are en-suite one with a large bath. There is also a separate apartment attached to the main house which is totally independent. It has a double bed, sitting room with all the amenities, including a wood burning stove, kitchenette and a large bathroom. The dining room is accessible from the kitchen or directly from outside and it has plenty of spaces for all guests. There is also terraces and dinning areas to the front and rear of the house. The sitting room is furnished with two different ambiences, wood burning stove, and entertainment. The house has also been adapted to suit the disabled. The swimming pool of saltwater sanitising system of 8 x 4 m, with a porch to relax, bathroom/changing room, exterior shower and large terrace. There is gas and charcoal barbecues, an outdoor kitchen with porch and playground area. The play area includes a trampoline, treehouse and swings, and goals for football. There is also an organic vegetable garden from which guests can use produce when in season.
