Security Deposit: 5000.00 EUR No Wheelchair Access Parties are not allowed at the villa unless previously agreed; please contact the villa management if you are intending to have more than 20 people at the house. If the police come to the villa for loud music or parties the tenant should call the villa management immediately. The villa management will hold the damage deposit given and an extra deposit of 5K for at least 6 months. In the case of a fine for parties the client will be fully responsible to cover the full amount of the fine.
