The space
Set on a 1,325 m² plot, the property offers a harmonious blend of indoor comfort and outdoor living. The garden features lawn areas, terraces, and decking, creating a relaxed environment for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings. A private swimming pool sits at the heart of the outdoor space, surrounded by a sleek wooden deck and sun loungers, with palm trees and a tall pine providing both scenic views and natural shade.
A full-width terrace connects seamlessly to the interior through wide sliding glass doors and includes two al fresco dining areas. Inside, the living room offers a cosy atmosphere with L-shaped seating and a large TV, alongside a formal dining area for eight guests. The bright kitchen includes a breakfast table for four.
The ground floor hosts one double bedroom with access to a separate bathroom on the same level. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms are arranged around a wide staircase. The master suite features a king-size bed, access to an upper terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and shower. The remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom.
