An enormous sliding door from the living room offers direct access to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is connected to the laundry area where one can find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The holiday villa has so many more things to offer like a dedicated cinema room, a poker table, chill out area, gym, sauna, and hair-salon fixtures and fittings for those special occasions. All these are on the lower ground floor of the villa. This level is bathed in natural light during the daytime. It also has a basketball court and a table tennis area. Sleeping Ground floor There are three bedrooms on this level. Each of them opens into the garden and the pool area. Guests have access to comfortable and top quality furnishings as well as spectacular views of the sea. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and wardrobes. Top Floor On this floor, guests will find the magnificent master bedroom with interiors that are bound to impress. The bathroom attached to this room is equally regal. There is another bedroom adjacent to this room with attached bathroom and equally special views of the sea and the pool. There is also a sixth bedroom in the villa but it has been transformed into an office area. However, if guests need, it can be converted back into a bedroom. Bathrooms There are six bathrooms in the villa, each attached to a bedroom, complementing them in style, modern finish and quality fittings. Three of these bathrooms have a luxurious bath while the other three have elegant showers.
