This villa is a charming, comfortable retreat in the hills between Pignone and the Cinque Terre National Park. Whether you want to stroll the countryside of La Spezia or the rocky coast of Cinque Terre and its beaches, both are just 15 km away. The fully restored stone building has airy interiors, plenty of space for up to twelve guests and lovely views of the village of Pignone.

Overview of the house
The space
The villa was once two separate buildings that are now connected by an entrance hall and terrace. Other outdoor spaces include both shaded and sunny dining areas, a barbecue and a brick patio around the saltwater pool.
Many of the original features have been preserved, but given a modern update.
On the ground floor, there’s a fully equipped kitchen connected to a dining living room with service bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite has a queen bed, walk-in closet, neoclassical marble bathroom with tub / shower and furnished tented terrace with pool view. To the north the Corallo room and the Giada room, with identical terrace, private bathroom in terracotta and Lucca glaze.
The attic also has two bedrooms with two twin beds and one double sofa bed each.
