Please note that construction on the new Hyatt Centric hotel located nearby is expected to commence in December 2026. While the construction is not expected to cause any disruption to the Sunset Cove property or its amenities, guests may occasionally hear some construction-related noise during this period. We appreciate your understanding and patience while this work is being conducted. Located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach Area, Sunset Cove offers unrivaled convenience with direct access to Seven Mile Beach itself. Say goodbye to traffic woes as you simply descend the stairs (please note there is no lift for the first-floor unit) and step onto the sandy shores or traverse the beautiful gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities. Please be advised that our condo strictly upholds a non-smoking policy. Smoking within the premises will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will be utilized for a thorough deep cleaning to maintain the comfort of our future guests. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted within the condo complex. We kindly request that all sun tan sprays be applied outdoors and indoor furniture be used with dry clothes to ensure its longevity and cleanliness. If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$750 will be collected by the property prior to your stay. We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
