Built at the height of the station, 50 metres from the foot of the ski slopes, this Chalet offers an incredible view of the Dent du Villard. Built in the purest Savoyard style, with an area of 700 square meters, this wooden and stone house surprises with its tangled structures, paneling and incredible carpentry. Noble wood brings profound warmth to this cocoon in the sky.

Overview of the house

The space

The chalet places great emphasis on personal well-being. In the vast spa space, where the steam room and gym are located, a waterfall flows into the heated swimming pool, like rivers flowing into the Lac de la Rosiere nearby. In the basement, you’ll find a home theatre and games room. The top floor is entirely dedicated to the living room, which features a huge living space under its characteristic frames, furnished with comfortable sofas and massive raw wood tables around a stone fireplace, and a dining room table and bar illuminated by crystal glass. A second dining table is set up on the large terrace overlooking the Bozel Valley and offering splendid views of the mountainous landscape. A second living room with a dining area on the main floor, as well as the 7 bedrooms and their bathrooms, divided throughout the middle and lower levels, are an indication of this warm, comfortable home.
