Luxurious villa by a sandy beach

When entering the villa you can enjoy a warm and light colored living room area, a fireplace, a large screen TV and a dining area with a solid wooden table. On the ground floor there is an elegant fully equipped kitchen with all modern comforts. The lowest level is children's paradise or for those who still feel happy playing with a variety of games. The house can accommodate up to thirteen guests in its five bedroom and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the rest are twin bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, they have large windows and lead to balconies with awesome sea views. On the outside of the property there is a secure parking space and a small patio that leads to the beach.

Sfakaki area is in the outskirts of Rethymno city by the seaside, it has many shops, bars, restaurants and a vivid life during the summer. Public transportation is often and many bus stops (30m away) . Rethymno has a Venetian castle, a Venetian harbor and a beautiful old town for you to walk in. It is a romantic destination in the middle of the island with easy access and close to the best sights to visit in Crete.
