Every room in this villa has floor to ceiling sliding or bi-fold doors with breathtaking views of the Bay which can be enjoyed from each bedroom's private balcony. There is a large open plan kitchen (with 2 dishwashers), opening onto a sitting room with a sit up bar and large laundry room. This house is fitted out with high end Miele appliances and every room has the newest LG air-conditioning system concealed behind works of art. In addition, this villa has a large infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi (hot tub) and large gazebo. This villa is set within its own 1 acre walled garden, it can be very private whilst still benefiting from the amenities and service of the Estate. It is set within a 7 acre gated waterfront estate with 24x7 security. The house has one of the largest private swimming pools in the Eastern Caribbean at 95 foot long and has seating areas overlooking the Bay and a swim up bar. Walking down from the swimming pool (or use of golf carts with paths) brings you to the completely private white sand beach. The beach is man made but leads to a small natural beach. You also have access to the 185 foot private dock and Resort boats (additional charge for boats).
