The villa is composed of a large open-plan space with a beautifully furnished living-room that includes a dining area and fireplace to set the perfect atmosphere, and a luminous kitchen fully equipped with chef-grade appliances, while 8 bedrooms (six bedrooms within the house, as well as two independently accessed guest rooms) with luxurious marble bathrooms can accommodate up to 14 guests.

The neighbourhood

This villa is part of Elounda, yet only 3 km from the town and 7 km from the town of Agios Nikolaos. Elounda is a charming fishing village nestled on the edge of Mirabello Bay, a destination known for a high concentration of adults-only upmarket accommodations. Elounda Beach, Plaka Beach, and Kolokitha Beach are top choices to swim in crystalline waters, while the sunken city of Oulos is considered to be an excellent location for snorkeling. Spinalonga, the tiny island that used to be a leper colony until the 1950s, and now an important archaeological site, is very close (10min. On the boat). Panagias Keras Church is a worthwhile experience for those who have an interest in art, history, or churches, known for its remarkable frescos.
