The space
There is a 25 m semi-Olympic pool with sea water changed every day. Dry sauna and wet sauna, large gym. Snooker. A garden of fruit trees.
Panoramic sea view. Pool not under the apartment. It is on the side so there is no noise There are 2 parking lots. New building built in 2022.
