The home is located in one of the most quiet and beautiful cities in the U.S., Sasche, Texas. Founded in the mid-1800s, Sachse offers a blend of history and modern living. Part of Dallas County and Collin County, Sachse boasts convenient access to the excitement of Dallas while maintaining a suburban atmosphere. We are less than a mile away from Main Street!

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 09:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: RSBM House Rules 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. 2. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 3. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. 4. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is picked up by the city on certain days. We will let you know the night before so you can leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards, ready for pick-up at 7 a.m. the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee of $150 USD per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. The number of pets you bring must be discussed and authorized by us in advance. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. 14. Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation. 15. No weapons of any kind are permitted on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers and explosives. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to local authorities.

1st floor does not feature AC -WATERFALL OUT OF SERVICE- - Mini split, Gameroom- OUT OF SERVICE- - PET FRIENDLY STAY - Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a fee of $150 per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard. - NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS - We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking. - ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS - Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. - ENTERTAINMENT - All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you. - NO INDOOR SMOKING - Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. - POOL - Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. NOT HEATED POOL - LANDSCAPING - The landscaper goes once a week. - SECURITY CAMERAS - For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the front yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras may record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS - Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. - PEST CONTROL - This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place. The garage has been remodeled as a game room.
