The first floor offers an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for eight, comfortable corner sofa, armchair, and LCD TV. A large sliding glass wall seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces while filling the room with natural light. A guest toilet is also located on this level. The ground floor includes a fitness room with modern gym equipment and a sauna designed for relaxation. One bedroom with a balcony is also situated on this floor. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, while the third floor features the fourth bedroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, an LCD TV, and access to a private balcony with a table and chairs, offering quiet spaces to unwind.

The home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Additional amenities include a washing machine, ironing facilities, and baby cot and high chair upon request. Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Smoking, pets, and events are not permitted. A €500 security deposit is required. Included services are tourist tax, villa manager, pool maintenance once a week, baby cot and highchair, change of bedlinen and towels every 7 days, wi-fi, final cleaning, and parking.
