On the ground floor is the main entrance hall with billiard table. On this floor there is also a gym and wellness area and access to the garden and outdoor spaces. The first floor comprises a large sitting room with fireplace, a dining room, study/TV room with fireplace, kitchen and breakfast room and two bedrooms. From the living room there is access to a large, south-facing terrace overlooking the immaculately presented grounds. This room also has access to the pool terrace on the north side, with pietra serena paving, a shady dining area and views down onto the Italianate garden below. On the upper floors of the property there are five bedrooms four of which are double and one single. From the second floor stairs lead to a further room with access to the amazing panoramic tower. The location of the property is ideal as a launchpad for exploring Tuscany and all it has to offer.
