The neighbourhood

Nueva Andalucia is a well thought out and attractive area, just west of Marbella. Originally all villas and apartments were based on traditional Andalusian architecture and design. Nowadays, we like to call Nueva Andalucia the Beverly Hills of Spain, due to the modern architecture. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses. A very safe and a friendly environment. The key attractions are the large residential estates and reasonable access to the highway and Marbella. Being a large residential area it has plenty of small commercial centres and restaurants for those who don't want to venture out on a rainy or sunny day. Near the beach are several small beach bars and luxurious beachclubs. Shopping-mall La Canada are reachable by car within 10 minutes and the villa is just a short taxi ride home from the Puerto Banús nightlife.
