Spanning 480 m², the villa offers spacious interiors and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas. The living room is furnished with a modern sofa and a 48” TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast island for casual dining. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the terrace, where guests can enjoy meals outdoors at a large wooden dining table that seats 12, overlooking the private 14x3-meter swimming pool. The pool features a shallow zone designed for children and a layout that enhances safety. A covered sala with soft furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower complete the pool area. On the ground floor, there are two en-suite double bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, study corners, TVs, air conditioning, safety boxes, and terraces that open directly to the pool deck. The first floor has three additional en-suite double bedrooms, each with the same features and private terraces. The rooftop terrace provides an inviting space with soft furnishings, a projector screen, and a high-end JBL audio system, perfect for yoga sessions, gatherings, or watching movies under the stars.

Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. A damage deposit of $1000 applies for 4–6-bedroom villas. Cleaning and towel changes are provided three times a week, and linens are changed once a week. Children under two years old stay free of charge in cots. Children under six are charged USD 25 per night per extra bed, and older children or adults are charged USD 50 per night per extra bed. Additional services such as cleaning, car or boat rentals, chef service, nanny service, food delivery, laundry, and massage are available at an extra cost. Published rates are subject to a 10% service charge.
