On the lower level of the villa there is an outdoor seating area above the pool with sun loungers and an indoor seating area with upholstered furniture and a projector cinema. Also on the ground floor there is a cozy living room combined with a bright fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor dining area for 8 people located right next to the private pool . It will be convenient to have parties here or just have a nice family dinner. Also on the first level there is a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a toilet room. The beds in this super king villa can be pulled apart to become 2 single beds if needed, allowing for a variety of bedroom configurations. On the second floor there are two bedrooms - repeating the design of each other, as if in a mirror image. There is one difference: one of the bedrooms is complemented by a balcony overlooking the pool and a table where it is so nice to sit with a glass of cocktail. Another nice bonus of this villa is the third floor, which is occupied by another bedroom with access to a luxurious terrace overlooking the sea.
