The space
Two terraces on each side of the 13m x 4m swimming pool, one offering lounging in the sun and the other, a perfect shaded seating area with alfresco dining. Surrounded by luscious pine trees and large garden, Casa Emira empowers you to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and beautiful local nature. Beyond the pool in the garden is an outdoor Petanque/Boule court for your entertainment.
Inside boasts a bright spacious open plan living area with smart TV and french doors you can open fully, creating a wonderful flowing breeze between the lounge area and the fully equipped fitted kitchen and pantry.
There are four bedrooms and bathrooms, all have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and access to outside.
Close by are are many amenities such as; supermarkets, butcher, bakery/coffee shop, pharmacy, bank and tobacconist.
